Choosing new carpets for your home couldn't be easier
21st Century Carpet Selection Process

1. Arrange for an appointment for us to visit your home
2. Compare the carpet samples to the decor and furnishings to achieve the right colour match or contrast
3. Select the quality of underlay
4. We measure and provide you with an on the floor price for your consideration
5. On confirmation of order a 50% deposit is required
6. Carpets are ordered and arrangements for a convenient fitting date for fitting
7. You arrange for the room to be cleared and current flooring uplifted (current gripper rods will be reused/replaced as appropriate).  Optional carpet lifting and disposing service available on request
8. On completion of works the balance payment is due
9. If you are happy with our service we would welcome your testimonial for our website
10. If you are happy to recommend us to your family and friend we would like to show our appreciate in recognition by offering you a free gift (at our discretion) in return for the carpet order
