Choosing new carpets for your home couldn't be easier
21st Century Carpet Selection Process
- Arrange for an appointment for us to visit your home
- Compare the carpet samples to the decor and furnishings to achieve the right colour match or contrast
- Select the quality of underlay
- We measure and provide you with an on the floor price for your consideration
- On confirmation of order a 50% deposit is required
- Carpets are ordered and arrangements for a convenient fitting date for fitting
- You arrange for the room to be cleared and current flooring uplifted (current gripper rods will be reused/replaced as appropriate). Optional carpet lifting and disposing service available on request
- On completion of works the balance payment is due
- If you are happy with our service we would welcome your testimonial for our website
- If you are happy to recommend us to your family and friend we would like to show our appreciate in recognition by offering you a free gift (at our discretion) in return for the carpet order
